Planning a Disney World trip with your crew and eager to meet all the princesses? Here’s a handy guide to help you find them across the Walt Disney World parks.
Magic Kingdom
- Cinderella’s Royal Table: Did you know you can dine inside of Disney’s iconic castle and meet princesses while doing it? What an unforgettable experience for your little prince or princess! In this enchanting dining experience, you can meet Cinderella and a variety of her friends while enjoying a delicious meal. This is a high demand experience. You will want to make sure you make a reservation as soon as your 60-day window opens.
- Princess Fairytale Hall: This walk-through location in Fantasyland, typically offers you the opportunity to meet 4 princesses. Which princesses you can meet here does change but frequently includes Cinderella, Rapunzel, Tiana, and Elena of Avelor. Wait times for this location can get lengthy.
- Ariel’s Grotto: Also in Fantasyland, you can find Ariel (from the animated version). Ariel’s Grotto is located right next to the Little Mermaid ride. Her lines are not typically as long as the Princess Fairytale Hall lines.
- Enchanted Tales with Belle: This experience is a very unique interaction and not really a meet and greet. Your little prince or princess will get to enter Maurice’s cottage and interact with Belle and Lumiere as they tell the story of Beauty and the Beast. At the end of the show kids are invited to come up, meet Belle and get a picture.
- Festival of Fantasy Parade: The Festival of Fantasy Parade will not give you the opportunity to meet princesses but it sure will give you a chance to see lots of them. Typically, you will be able to see Belle, Tiana, Snow White, Cinderella, Anna, Elsa, Ariel and Rupunzel. This can be a great way to see lots of princesses in a short period of time and is a great option if you’re little princess is too shy or scared to meet the princesses. The Festival of Fantasy Parade takes place once or twice during the day. You can find parade times by searching for it in the My Disney Experience App. Pro Tip: watch the parade from Frontierland, on the side next to the water. Frontierland is where the parade starts and is typically less crowded. Standing on the side along the water will allow you to use the less crowded walkway along the water when the parade is over.
- Main Street Town Square Porch: The Town Square Porch is located just to the left when you enter the park and can be easily overlooked. Here you will frequently find Snow White or Mulan greeting guests. These greetings vary by day and are intermittent so you will need to check the app for times and availability.
- Adventureland Agrabah: Next to the Magic Carpets of Aladdin in Adventureland you may be able to find Princess Jasmine greeting guests. This meet and greet is another that is intermittent and varies by day. To see if Jasmine will be available when you’re there, open the map in the app and filter by characters. Here you’ll be able to see if she’s greeting and the times she’s available.

EPCOT
- Akershus Royal Banquet Hall: Akershus is a lesser-known princess meal and can be an easier reservation to get than Cinderella’s Royal Table. There is no guarantee what princesses will be here, but you will typically find Ariel, Aurora, Snow White and Jasmine. Please note that even though this is in Norway pavilion, you will not find Anna and Elsa at this meal. This is a buffet style meal featuring Norwegian inspired cuisine and is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu here is a little more unique so you may want to review it before you make this reservation. Pro Tip: If you are looking for the most affordable way to have a character meal, look for options that offer breakfast. Typically, breakfast will be about $10 cheaper per person.
- World Showcase countries: Around the World Showcase section of EPCOT, you will be able to find several princesses in the country most closely related to their story. You will usually be able to find Snow White in Germany, Aurora or Belle in France, Jasmine in Morocco and Mulan in China. As a bonus, you can also usually find Mary Poppins or Alice in the UK pavilion.
- Anna and Elsa at Royal Sommerhus: In the Norway Pavilion, you can visit Anna and Elsa in their charming summer cabin. This is an official meet and greet location and they are typically here from 9-6 but check the app for the hours when you are there.
- Journey of Water: Disney recently opened the Journey of Water with Moana area as an interactive water experience in the park. Here you will be able to find Moana greeting guests as they enjoy her walk through water experience.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage: This show won’t give your princess the opportunity to meet Belle, but it is a Broadway style re-telling of the Beauty and the Beast story. Your family will have the opportunity to see characters like Belle, Beast, Lumiere and Cogsworth come to life while you relax and get off of your feet for a few minutes.
- For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration: This is also a show but instead of seeing the show acted out Broadway style, you’ll get to hear a comedic rendition of the Frozen story as told by a few of the townspeople. Your crew can enjoy some AC while singing along to all of their Frozen favorites and even experience a little magical snow.
- Galaxy’s Edge: Rey is not technically a Disney princess but is the closest thing you’ll find to a princess in the new Star Wars movies. If you’re little one is a little more into heroes than traditional princesses, you should take a walk-through Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. Rey does not do a traditional meet and greet here but does wander the land and will interact with guests.
- Animation Courtyard: If you’re little one is a fan of the live action Little Mermaid, you’re in luck! You can meet Ariel (the live action version) in Hollywood Studios inside Walt Disney Presents. Characters at this location are known to change out as Disney releases new movies so you’ll want to check if this is available before getting your little princess’s hopes up.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Discovery Island: Disney does not feature any of its traditional princesses in Animal Kingdom but you can find the fan favorite Moana at Discovery Island. Pocahontas can also be found doing a meet and greet in the Discovery Island area of Animal Kingdom.
Tips for Meeting Princesses
- Use the My Disney Experience App: You can check wait times and locations for princess meet and greets for each park day. If you’re interested in more information on everything available in the My Disney Experience app, check out my article Make Your Disney Trip Easier With the My Disney Experience App.
- Character Dining: The beauty of character dining is how it is Disney World’s version of multi-tasking. You get to eat, enjoy some AC and meet multiple characters all using the same window of time and then you can be on to other things. There are currently four character dining experiences where you can meet princesses. These are Cinderella’s Royal Table (Magic Kingdom), Askershus (EPCOT), Storybook Dining with Snow White at the Wilderness Lodge and 1900 Park Fare and the Grand Floridian. Storybook Dining is a really fun character meal where you can meet the Wicked Queen, Snow White, Grumpy and Dopey. At 1900 Park Fare you’ll usually be able to find Cinderella, Tiana, Prince Ali and Mirabelle.
- Better conversations: Many times, when adults meet characters at Disney it can feel a little awkward. Be prepared for this by knowing a little about the princess’s story before meeting her. If you ask characters about their story, you will have a much more natural interaction.
With this guide, your crew will be well-prepared to meet all the princesses during your Disney World adventure. Enjoy the magic and go make unforgettable memories!
